Returns & Exchanges
We accept unworn, unused merchandise purchased from the Se Respeta Carácter website in its original packaging, tags included for exchange or store credit only up to 14 days from the delivery date. Please email returns@serespetacaracter.com with details on exchanging your item. Customers will be responsible for return shipping to Se Respeta Carácter. Once received, your exchange will be shipped free of charge (inventory limitations may apply). All Sale Items are Final Sale.
If a return is received after 14 days or does not otherwise meet the requirements of our return policy it will be returned to the return address listed on the package. Se Respeta Carácter monitors returns to identify potential misuse or abuse of our return policies.

FAQ
What do I do if my item arrives damaged?
Customer service will gladly assist you with returning or exchanging any item purchased on the Se Respeta Carácter website if it arrives damaged or defective. Please email returns@serespetacaracter.com with details of the damages. We may require you to send images of the damage or further information. In some cases, we may request that you return the defective product to us before a replacement is sent to you. Replacements will be provided at the discretion of Se Respeta Carácter (inventory limitations may apply).
What happens if my item is out of stock?
Many of our products are limited edition and will not restock after quantities run out on our website. We do offer restocking email notifications for out of stock products, but there is no guarantee that out of stock products will be restocked.
What is the return shipping charge?
Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable. You are responsible for paying the costs of any return shipping and for the risk of loss or damage to the product during shipping.

Order Processing
Processing time for orders shipping with ground shipping is 1-3 business days. Orders placed with expedited shipping options will be shipped same-day or the next business day if placed after 12:00 pm Central Time. Kindly note that orders are not processed on the weekends. ***Please note that during the Holiday periods there may be a longer processing time.
Fulfillment hours are Monday - Friday 10 am to 5 pm. Orders placed on the weekend or during holidays will be processed on the next following business day (we do not ship on holidays).
Once an order has been submitted, its contents cannot be modified. Please be sure to input the correct address, email, payment method, and item selections. We cannot change the colors, styles or sizes of your selections once the order has been confirmed.
If one or more items in an order are found to be out of stock, Se Respeta Carácter will proceed with shipping the remaining items and adjust the order subtotal to reflect these changes. A notification will be sent to the email address provided and a refund will be made to your original form of payment.
Shipping
USA - We ship orders via USPS and currently only in the state of Texas.
INTERNATIONAL - At this time, we do not ship orders internationally.
